Intentions was built on a simple belief: you can't reach your full potential when you can't trust yourself to do what you say you'll do. Unreliability quietly erodes trust — both from the people around you and from yourself — and keeps you from engaging deeply in what matters most.
We created Intentions to change that. It isn't another habit tracker that logs what you did after the fact. It's integrity training: a tool that helps you say what you'll do, do what you say, and slowly become someone you — and others — can rely on.
Intentions organizes your intentions using the DOSE framework — Dopamine (achievement and learning), Oxytocin (connection and helping), Serotonin (nature, gratitude, and mindfulness), and Endorphins (exercise, laughter, and creativity). Structuring your day across these four neurochemical categories means you're not just productive; you're actually well.
Each evening, you plan tomorrow before it begins. The next day, you check in and mark what you completed. Finish everything and you earn a Perfect Day. Streaks build for both your Perfect Days and each individual intention — but miss a check-in entirely and everything resets to zero. The stakes are real, and that's the point: the reset is what makes the change stick.
Most apps offer grace periods, streak freezes, and ways to quietly preserve your progress. Intentions doesn't. Forward planning builds the discipline of intentional commitment. The absence of historical editing enforces honesty. And the unforgiving reset creates genuine stakes, because you can't lie to yourself when there's nothing to hide behind. Firm, but always in service of who you're trying to become.
Intentions is made by ZL Creations, a small team that believes technology should help people grow, not distract them. We're building a tool that's honest, private, and genuinely on your side.
